Iam a victim of the same problem. I recharged my phone with rs 296 after porting to vodafone and today when i checked my balance it was -312 rupees when i called the customer care they said mms were send from. My mobile number charged at 3 rupees per sms. When my balance is zero how can the mms be sent from my mobile and it would take 100 mms to reach - 312 rupees which is illogical. They said that some auto mms sending application is installed in mobile which is absurd and illogical. I want vodafone to reset my balance to zero as soon as possible.
