[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraud Charges - Repeated | |||
Hi Team, Writing this mail in utmost frustration. 1st Issue, I Vijay Kumar S a customer with Vodafone for the last 10 Years have been noticing that i am being charged for the so called transactions which i have not done or authorized. I have been charged 99 rupees for the same every month its been repeating. They call and after realising its a unauthorized they refund but my question is why does this happen every month. If i have to purchase an app/service i would use my credit card/debit card who are you guys to charge me for the same, I am frustrated & shocked with Vodafone using these cheaper tactics to loot money from customers by partnering with online fraud sites. We subscribe for internet packs for accessing sites required while browsing off late we get some pop ups asking if you want to enable service we click no or close it straight away and get a message stating so much amount is charged. I want the complete refund of 99 rupees. And the same will be taken care legally.Today i got an sms from "my dala" stataing 99rs will be charged & credited as points which i have never bought & will not be paid. Stop partnering with fraud sites & looting money. Note : Vodafone is stooping to a very low tactics to loot money.I will not be paying any charges towards downloads which i have not approved.
