Hello,

I’ve converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid for which i’d received call from some of the idea ofc. The lady informed that the plan is of rs.199 or 200 n the billing cycle wud be of 45 days. While collecting the documents as well the agent said that the plan will be of rs.200 or 199. However on the application it is showing as the plan of rs.399. When i contacted customer care they said its a plan of rs.399 only and billing cycle of 30 days. When i’m trying to contact same persons who called me or collected the documents they r not answering the call now.

Kindly investigate on the same with both of them. Also if there is no such plan of rs.200 for 45 days help me with the cancellation of the postpaid sim immediately.

On the application there is a advertisement shown for 50% discount on nirvana plan (Attaching snapshot) for which the customer service doesn’t have any idea.

It’s a clear case of fraud done by set of people in the organisation. N even vodafone idea was merged fr increasing the frauds it seems.
