I am availing Vodafone services, predominantly for voice communications. In Nov'2014 bill, they charged 129rs. Extra for NDTV and TV_All_South packs. I did not subscribe to such sites and moreover the date they shown is the date I was hospitalised; hence no question of accessing mobile. But their Customer care and corporate are not at all responding. My connection is broken since 1st January, 2015. I wrote them to settle my bill and then only I will pay; but they are not responding.
I can furnish proofs of my leaves in office and a medical certificate. But I am not paying these extra charges, . Moreover, their executives are rude and careless; they cut off lines abruptly when u a in call.
Please resolve my complain urgently. I am fed up with the, following up.
