Vodafone India — Fraudulent deduction of Rs. 75 by Vodafone

Fraudulent deduction of Rs 75 has been made from my account for some strange download. They are saying that I have downloaded some video from some URL for which I have been charged 75 Rs. I haven't downloaded anything and there is nothing in my downloads also. I have seen the same complaint from many other people. Still the customer care is saying that its not an issue.You have been charged legally. There is no fraud.
