Vodafone India — games porta pack - i didn't subscribe but money deducted from my account

I never subscribed for vodafone games portal pack. Yesterday ₹35 is deducted from my account for games portal pack. I want vodafone to return the money they have deducted from account. Last week i raised the same complaint for hungamma play pack for deducting money withouty permission. Am not subscribing to any value added service but money is being deducted without my permission. Severely condemning vodafone for this.
