Vodafone India — games porta pack - i didn't subscribe but money deducted from my account

I never subscribed for vodafone games portal pack. Yesterday ₹35 is deducted from my account for games portal pack. I want vodafone to return the money they have deducted from account. Last week i raised the same complaint for hungamma play pack for deducting money withouty permission. Am not subscribing to any value added service but money is being deducted without my permission.
