Vodafone India — Get the facility of recharge Rs. 59/- only 28 days instead of 60 days

I'm a vodafone customer bearing number [protected]. I knew after checking *111# that if I recharge the amount of Rs. 59/- I can get the facility V2V calls @ Rs.0.25/min & V2O Rs. 0.45/min.Validity 60 days.Then I recharge Rs. 59/- on 17/03/2015 at 09:12 pm.After recharging I got a sms from Vodafone customer care that this facility available only 28 days.Then I contact customer care representative so many times they told me that it was wrong recharge but one of them assured me that I will get the facility 60 days.This is very unfortunate incident that I got the facility only 28 days instead of 60 days.My question is why the company displayed this types of option? My personal opinion is that the world famous vodafone company cheat with me and millions of people in the world.
