Vodafone India — getting bills for disconnected postpaid connection | |
My account no:67253337. I have raised request to disconnect the connection by october 2017 and received mail stating that it is disconnected. I have settled all outstanding amount also. Since then am receiving bills every month till date. When i notified the same, vodafone confirmed that it is systme issue from their side and they will resolve it. After that also am getting bills every month. I have sent many mails regarding the same but no proper response from vodafone side. Was this information helpful? | |
