[Resolved] Vodafone India — Harasment calls made by Vodafone representatives | |||
Sir / Madam, This is in reference to my vodafone cell number [protected] which I have been using for few years now. Since the day I have activated the number I have been perodically receiving calls from Vodafone representatives asking for availability of an unknown name - 'Ramashray vishwakarma'. I have been politely explaining each representative that this number does not belong to Vishwakarma and please update your system. But the calls never stopped, they keep caIling and keep asking for same name again and again. At some cases the representatives disapproved to believe and made me felt that I am lying. What kind of treatment does vodafone gives to there customers, Do your General Managers/Directors know about this ? Moreover, It has been a harassment and mental agony after a Vodafone representative called me today and said that you will be involved in a legal court case because cheque of Mr. RamAshray Vishwakarma has bounced. It is so disgusting and insulting for a customer. Who is Vishwakarma ? And why are you calling me for his deeds ? How can you dare to call your customer and involve in a legal case without knowing the facts ? This is such a torture. If Vodafone does not apologise for the misbehaviour, I would approach Times of India and let whole country know about your mistreatment to you customers.
