Vodafone India — harass the customer regarding provide the service | |||||
I am one of the customer from long time period of vodafone care having number-[protected]. How many times i was committed for better service whether related with billing issue or internet service. I have raised complaint from may'17 continuously regarding not getting the internet connectivity, but every time from 6 months i was only giving the assurance that it will be solve by blaaa. Blaa... Till this date or that date?? From may, i was given time till 20th july, then again its extended till 20th sep and now its again extend till 20th oct. Every time i was told that there is an issue in my area for net connectivity and service team is working on it. I really don't understand that before 6 months its working fine but now what happened??? Now i am fed up with vodafone service and whenever i go for port my number, again an executive give me another new assurance, and i am too much fool, for trust them again & again. Now i am too much harrased for service issue since i am unable to use net connectivity, moreover daily 1 gb data is provided me forcefully where daily on afternoon i got an sms that 50% is used, now it will be chargable. I ama unable to use data from 6 months then how its possible that i 1 day i consumed 50%??? Pls help and take an action pls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
