Hi,
I am facing extreme harassment by the vodafone recovery team for the last 15 days.
The bill of rs.490/- which was generated in the month of dec'2019 was paid off through online transaction on 18th dec'19. Yet i am receiving constant calls and messages mentioning an outstanding amount of rs.606/-.
Though i have shared a transaction details on emails with the concerned person from vodafone, yet they continue to harass me every single day.
This seems to be a new way of extorting money from the customers.
This kindly of behaviour is not expected of a company of international standards (So called), and the entire process is disguising and super annoying. Was this information helpful? |
