Vodafone India — harassment due to no service and improper bills | |||
I've been using vodafone from arnd 8 months and got network issue so i complained about it to the customer service and ask for solution. They asked for time as they can't provide that for network issues it's been 8 months now. I'm paying my bills for not using any services. A technical person visited my place and analyzed weak network signals he told me it will take 3 months for tower set up. So i asked the vodafone people not to charge me a single penny till the time you set up your tower. It's been 6-8 months i've been writing on twitter and emails to them but still i did not find any solution. Yesterday on 29th vodafone executive called me and assured that she will waive off my last month's bill but nothing happened instead they suspended my sim. Do not use vodafone service.
