Vodafone India — Harassment for illegal billing | |||||
This is my previous complaint for the same number https://www.consumercomplaints.invodafone-charged-illegal-data-plan-and-now-issues-to-demand-notice-c1084459 In response to that Vodafone gave me final settlement amount and I replied to Legal.[protected]@vodafone.com i.e. ---- Hi Vodafone Team, I would like to bring you kind notice that I have paid all the dues and would never like to receive any email from Vodafone in future. And do not activate my number again because I never wanna come back to Vodafone due to poor service. Vodafone would be responsible if they send any future payments. I am going to add this email address in spam list so I would not be monitoring any email from Vodafone in future. So would request you to delete my all communication address and do not send me any payment or advertisement email on this email address. In case i notice any future bills on this number I will file a consumer complaint against vodafone. I have attached nil balance screenshot and bill receipt. Thank you for providing the poor service. ------- I gave them nil balance screenshot and bill receipt and permanently added vodafone in my spam list. And now i accidentally noticed that they have again charged me new 2month bills and asking me to pay the bills. I would like to compensate with atleast 10, 000 rupees from Vodafone for this harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
