[Resolved]  Vodafone India — harassment instead of resolution to customer - request to take immediate action

Dear sir/madam,

It is with very disappointment and agonies that i am drafting this complain and hopes for complete and swift resolution.

Sir, i have been offered exquisite corporate calling plan since four months by airtel & idea (Broacher attached). I have been requesting with vodafone services for more than four months to provide me the similar rs 299/-plan (Please find attached) for my vodafone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected].

In the month of july, mr. Nadeem pamidi (A relation manager) initially offered two months rental waiver and forced to change the plan to rs.499 because rs 299 tariff plan offered by other network is included with rs.499 also promised me that rs 499 rental plan will be deviated to rs 299 else again a waiver will be given.

After one month to my surprise i was billed as per rs 499 rental + taxes with no plan deviation. I again raised a request with mr. Nadeem pamidi (Relation manager) and again he assured me of bill waveoff and offered me to choose anyone of the below two options until new tariff plan or 4g network is launched in andhra pradesh.

1. 499*6 deviated to 299 for next 6 months (You have to pay 299+tax 18% = 353/-)

2. 499 deviated to 199 for next 4 months (You have to pay 199+tax 18% = 235/-)

I confirmed him with option 2 (I. E., rs 199+tax 18% = 235/-) later he called me and to my surprise he requested me to open a port request with other network (Idea or airtel) to activate the deviated rs 199 plan. Because of my busy schedule i was unable to submit the documents but he was daily following up to submit the documents to other network. On 22nd august i raised port request with vodafone and submitted documents to idea. When i confirmed the submission of documents to idea with mr. Nadeem pamidi on 23rd august he said, the option 2 i. E., rs 199 for 4 month was valid only for one week and again offered me new option i. E., pay bill amount of rs 560.25 of [protected] and later he will give 3 (Three) months rental free for all 3 (Three numbers) i. E., till november. Yesterday when i called him again to confirm that iam ready to pay billed amount of rs 560.25 and requested to activate three (3) months rental waiver to all my three (3) numbers but instead of providing solution again he was forcing for new plan and when i denied to accept it he hang up the call and told happily switch the network. (Pfa communication emails)

It is clearly understood that, mr. Nadeem pamidi is misusing the position and deceiving/cheating customers with false promises and moreover he warned me saying that it is my waste of time and energy if i raise complaint/sent email to anyone in vodafone because that email will be finally routed to him and he is the only point of contact to provide me the solution. This is total harassment with customers leaving with no option. Later, i called 198 complaint service and briefed the fact and they advised me to drop an email and the concerned team will take appropriate action (Service registration number[protected]

When vodafone is not in a position to provide better or similar plan like other network then why you people are deceiving/cheating/lieing customers??

And why should i pay more than rs 299 when better services are available??

I need a clear explanation on this and a swift resolution lest i will be forced to disconnect all my three connections with your company and would surely express my views to all of my friends.

I wish to continue my relationship with vodafone for which i need an immediate resolution.

Dear Sir,

Today I was expecting resolution call from higher authorities/nodal team.

But it's my unfortunate that today I recieved a call from Mr. Nadeem Pamidi(Relation Manager) I answered his call by thinking that he realised his mistake and called me with the resolution which he promised.

Instead, he started call with rude, harsh, unprofessional way and indirectly threatening by telling "Even if you sent any number of emails to any one including Mr Sunil(MD & CEO) the final point of contact and resolution will be provided by me only, also he said I'm calling because "Nodal officer" is sitting beside me and requested me to call.

At the end of the conversation after 22mts When I told him to transfer my call to the nodal officer who was sitting beside you and listening the conversation. He said, Just now nodal officer left. I immediately called 198 complaint service and it is learnt that Nodal officer never visit any office and neither listen call but rather he directly speaks to the customer if required.

At the end of the call he reaches the heights of atrocities & directly telling me to leave Vodafone services and don't expect any resolution.

Being a customer, satisfactory service is my right.
