Vodafone India — Harassment on an unfair bill amount by vodafone india

Hi, three months back I ported my Vodafone number [protected] to Airtel. After porting, I am getting continuous threat calls and mails from Vodafone to pay a bill amount of Rs 9941 Rs. I used Vodafone for more than 16 months and my average bill amount was not more than 2000 Rs. However after porting, they want me to pay 9941 Rs for some reason. On further research, I found out that they have revoked my Data plan (in spite of charging 1250 Rs in the last bill ) without any consent from me. This is the reason why there is a unpaid bill amount 9941 Rs. I have tried to get the issue resolved through multiple channels but have not been able to do so. In one of the Vodafone store in Delhi, I was advised to go to Mumbai to get this issue resolved as this connection was issued to me in Mumbai (Imagine the ridiculous quotient of this advise ). I have no option left but to take legal action against these threat calls and emails. # I am gonna fight this and not pay a penny to Vodafone for this unfair bill amount. Further, I will be taking legal action against Vodafone for the harassment they have been causing in my life from last 3 months.
