Hi, Tried enquiring on bill for my post paid number. Though i chose paid call option...was made to wait for 4 mins before Guy called Amol came on line, heard half query and transferred to prepaid where response came at 9th minute.and then apologies and transfered back to post paid..from where it was endless wait. Gave up at 30th min.why shud i pay
