Vodafone India — High bill because of lethargic customer care | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, I have not seen such a worst customer care service anywhere in my life time. I run a company named "Tradation Integrated Solutions Company", which is related to trading and my contact number is [protected] (CUG number). I'm using this number for my official purpose, so most of my customers know this number only. I was using basic mobile for this number so took the plan "349" which is unlimited talk time plan. Later when i started using Smart phone on March 28th 2017 i rang up your customer care people and asked to change the plan which comes with internet option. They suggested me to go with "499" plan which is also an unlimited plan and i too agreed with it. After getting the next month's bill i was shocked to see my bill amount as Rs.800 and Rs.1600. So when i called customer care to know the reason im bombshelled to know that i was in "299" plan. So because of that i have got such an uplifted bill. So from that time i use to call chennai customer care people to rectify the issue. Every day some new person will pickup the phone like Aishwarya, Uma, Shwetha, Hema and maany others and i will tell the same story to them and ask them to rectify it. As like computerized voice they use to give same answer "We are sorry for that and we will definitely callback to your number within 4 hours". This became usual and i will never get any call and one day i got fedup and asked for Manager or Supervisor to talk. One person named Glory claimed her as Manager and spoke to me and to my surprise she gave the same answer. I too waited as like every day and i never got any call. This issue was happening more than a month and Ms. Glory (Customer care manager) told that she doesnt know about this issue at all. I dont know then why is she sitting in that post. So till now my problem is not resolved. I dont know who will take action against this. Im totally fedup with chennai customer care and i know very well that they will never take any action. Till now i have not taken any legal action for this issue. For the past 20 days im not using that number, as my outgoing was barred, so i have lost most of my business also.
