I have opted for monthly 125 rental for the corporate plan that has been shared to me by Vodafone. However, to my surprise, that have charged us monthly rental of Rs.375. I have paid the first invoice thinking that they will adjust this in the second invoice. However, inspite of repeated mails, calls that I have been sending to Vodafone team, billing department, corporate team handling our company account, no action has been taken by them. Over to that, they continued sending invoices to me which I have denied to make the payment. Now they have sent the mail to me through their lawyer asking me to make the payment of pending invvoices along with 18% interest.
I have all the correspondance that has been sent to Vodafone customer care, relationship manager etc.,

I have also sent a mail to them asking me to stop sending the monthly rental invoices and stop charging me for this. Inspite of this, they are still sending the invoices.
Quiete horrible services of Vodafone.
