Vodafone India — horrible customer service | |||
I have been using vodafone postpaid for the last 2 years. Now i want to convert my post-paid no to pre-paid but the vodafone store did not accept my application for conversion for the same (Today was my fifth time) stating various reasons. The salesgirl even did not accept my application for surrender of the sim card even after all the dues had been paid and i was informed that there is no facility to surrender a post paid no!! After an hour long argument with the salesgirl i was given a pre-paid card without any packet or any instruction of any sort and now i am without any cellular network!!! This was total harassment on the part of vodafone store, gangtok. Was this information helpful? | |||
