[Resolved] Vodafone India — how to stop flash messages from vodafone

I am receiving unwanted flash messages from vodafone on tambo a1800 which is a keypad phone and not a smartphone. I have browsed a lot of searches' results but everywhere it the solution via vodafone services is given for smartphones only. Every time the flash message appears and 3 rupees is deducted from my account. The vodafone customer service is also not cooperating with us. The customer service executive says that the subscriber has sent a lot of messages to a number which the executive cannot disclose to the subscriber. Even after visiting the vodafone local service centers, and doing all the text messages from the cellphone such as stop, can flash, etc to various numbers; the flash messages are not stopping. I require immediate resolution.

As per our recent communication, we request you to send a SMS as CAN FLASH to 144 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit-Click on Vodafone Flash option - Tap on Activation - Click on Deactivate
