Vodafone India — I am complaining about excessive billing

Bill for the month of november 2015 shows rs. 144 as data charges which have not been used by me. A no. Of complains were made by me over phone in customer care but all went in vain. I held up payment and asked for revised bill. At last complaint was lodged on line, this also went in vain. I request for deactivation of the connection .My no. Is [protected].
