Vodafone India — I am complaint about bill payment | |||
Sir, for your kind information I have no unbilled usage of last month because I have no due payment . I have paid my last month 's bill on 28/11/2018 and also I have paid extra seven rupees. But again and again you are sending me reminder mail and message and calling me for paying the bill whereas due date of my bill payment is 2nd January . Today afternoon I have lodged the complaint. Today evening i have got call from [protected] six times and saying that I have lodged the complaint regarding bill payment and if I don't link my vodafone number to my bank account my Sim shall be locked. Even after paying the bill you lock my Sim so what can I do? This is one kind of harrasment. But I will not link my mobile number with my bank account number.If you don't dissolve this problem and lock or disconnect my Sim I shall put the case on consumer forum against vodafone service provider because I have money receipt of payment . Poooooooor network my village people are port from airtel to Vodafone but now very worst network coverage pls solve quickly or say we are again port to airtel...so tired again again complaint pls resolve or say straight get out from your worst network
