I tried reaching out the stores however never got any help from them. I called our customer care 8 days back and someone call Yusuf Khan answered my call today and he told me for I-message I need to reach Apple as that is used for (Tracking purpose) ROFL, I was already frustrated but he put a smile on my face.
NVM I requested him to transfer the call to his senior which he did after so much back and forth and finally a team lead called Nilesh Dhobi answered my call and was very confident while saying that all my services are activated and Vodafone has no restriction to use I-message (which he was not aware is just an apple messaging). I then disconnected the call knowing time is getting wasted and came to Google to see if this helps, I can see I am not the only 1 to feel the pain but there are other people as well. After all the efforts I registered my complain on Facebook page of Vodafone India and followed up for good 4 days to get a call back, I somehow got a call back from the Vodafone team they didn't resolve my problem but requested me to swap my SIM-CARD due to their internal issues and charged Rs 25/- without my mistake I was fine while bearing the charges as I wanted to use my services, after all such problems I really feel I am cheated by the provider by charging close to 1000 Rs for SMS, I don’t know pulling the hard earn money from my pocket is making them happy ? Or I am not the only one as entire telecom world is giving free services for SMS but I am being charged as fool.
This is affecting my work and frustrating me big time as due to such issues I am not being able to complete my task in effective manner, Can someone please help me on priority? I work from Off-shore to an On-shore model and this is really important for my daily task, If not my feeling will get stronger as got cheated and no one informed me about this change while opting for MNP from JIO to Vodafone.
