Vodafone India — I want to deactivate my vodafone number but they are not deactivating since 1year

This is Dr.Kasi Visweswara Rao .I want to deactivate my Vodafone number but they are not deactivating since 1year..they are holding it in suspension and charging me and I am getting continuous calls from customer care asking me to activate it but I don't want to activate it ...if not possible I will proceed to consumer forum against Visakhapatnam Vodafone stores.
