Vodafone India — i wanted to convert my postpaid sim ([protected]) to prepaid

On 23rd may 2017 i took one prepaid sim from vodafone store saying i want to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. Till date i have called vodafone store and customer care both many a times, every time they will say please pay the bill we are raising an incident and your sim will be ported within next 48 hours. But till date[protected] its not ported.

Hi i made my phonenumber [protected] prepaid couple of days ago, and right after that neither m able to recharge my phne nor m able to do any outgoing calls.i am not able to understand that whether its software issue or some problem withe the sim.

It is observed that HIGHER SMS charges charged on Festivals specially belongs to Hindu Community. why such special rate is applicable on specially hindu festival day. it there any guideline for that or have special reason as consumer i would like to know it clearly?
