Vodafone India — Ignoring my credit limit and charging me 10 times more than my credit limit | |||||
Hello, I have set up a credit limit of 2600 INR on my number [protected], I used vodafone's International roaming services and they generated a bill of more than 25000/- when I asked how can my bill be more than my credit limit they said on international roaming they automatically increase it, now nothing can be done about it and I will have to make the payment. Obviously this is lot of money when I looked into this further I found out its only for 40 MB of data usage that has been charged this heavily. Also more details exposed that I had asked for international roaming activation only for 10 days but they kept it active even after that, I was under impression that I am getting data on Wi fi as its already crossed those 10 days of International romaing and kept using the services, while vodafone was scamming and keeping these international roaming services active on my number even after set date was passed. They have cheated in all the ways but not accepting it and have barred my services from past 45 days. I need help Was this information helpful? | |||||

I got a call from Mr. Sujeet Rai saying that I only need to pay 2500 and there is some issue that will get corrected but when I asked him to send me a confirmation email with the same he simply disappeared and since then he is not answering his cell phone. Its like I have to chase individuals to get things corrected I doubt if the organization has any ethics or not.
