[Resolved] Vodafone India — illegal deduction from customer balance | |||
I am customer of your service having mobile number [protected] which was charged on 20/10/14 by Rs.200/- but after 5 days my balance left only Rs.0.14p when I was contacted to your customer care No.198 it was informed me that I have transferred my balance to mobile No.[protected] while I did not transfer any amount. It is also beg to inform that this mobile No.[protected] lying with my son and no any amount was received in this number by any transfer. Therefore it is requested to refund my balance which was illegaly deducted by your company immediately to my mobile No. [protected] other wise matter will be transferred to higher authority Was this information helpful? | |||
