As per my last communication dated (17th of march 2018) via email and
Call, i paid my all pending bill and requested to temporary close my no.
Because i wanted my number to convert in prepaid,
After this somebody call on my alternate number on 22nd march.
He is from vodafone and his number is [protected]. He asked that did u lost
Your phone number, i told him all the story that i am wanted to
Convert my number in prepaid and vodafone store not available here and i
Also don't want that my next bill will generate
Unnecessarily, that's way i closed my number temporary. He said mam but we
Got a request for lost number.
*i don't know why did you people give him a wrong information. This is my
First concern. *
After this yesterday i went to vodafone store (Sec-51 noida) and got to
Know that my number was not closed on 17th, you guys closed that on 19th so
I need to pay 2 days extra charges plus 1 more day charge because it will
Take 24 hr to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. I am ready to pay
For that one day charge but not for that 2 days (18th, 19th).
When i trying to tell that its not my mistake its from customer care people
And also show her email then she said ok so go and talk to customer care
Number, because how would i know what they people said to you mam. I am
Shocked and horrified by their behavior.
*so tell me what's the use of your customer care and vodafone store.
Because customer care people said that mam we closed your number but
According to store lady, my number was not closed. Vodafone store lady need
Profs. I showed emails also but they are not satisfied. She said that she

*customer care people are giving wrong information's to there customer.
Seriously this is ridiculous.*
I was using this vodafone number since 10years but now i am fad-up with
