Vodafone India — I'm not able to send message for port service | |||
I wanted to port my number from vodafone to airtel and when i send port message to 1900 then it's not sending and i tried 20-30 times but all other messages are sending and receiving on the same time. It seems that vodafone company has blocked this customer's right so that customer can not port his number and it's against rule. But the thing is a customer will port his number only if he is not satisfied with the service. I would request to trai to take an action against this company that how can company do this with customer?? Was this information helpful? | |||
