Vodafone India — Improper billing | |||
I have been staying in the united states since january 2017. Before coming here i activated my international roaming facility in order to keep my india number activated. From last couple of months i am seeing aberration in the monthly bill. Although i don't make any offing call, text from my indian number they are charging me more than 1000 rupees a month. The ideal bill should come around 275 as per the plan i choose before coming here. They charge me the correct amount in some months and charge thousand bucks for some months. I don't understand the reason for the discrepancy. Everytime i talk to them they never address this issue they never pay attention properly. Everytime they tell me that we are activating international roaming facility. I am getting frustrated with the staffs of this company who are suppose to take care of my issue. Just because all my back accounts and indian official stuffs are linked with my vodafone number, i have to continue with this number and they are taking advantage out of it. My request to the honorable consumer forums judge is to address this issue as soon as possible and help me in solving this matter.
