[Resolved] Vodafone India — improper information regarding data package | |
Dear all,
I recharged my mobile with 155 inr for a data pack of 1gb as said by your voice support and I received only 525 mb of data. I raised this complaint to the customer care and they did not respond with a proper explanation.
Moreover they raised a point that it's my fault. How can it be? Please explain me. Call 111 and listen about 155 data pack details. Its been a week and I can still hear that. Who is responsible? Was this information helpful? | |
