Vodafone India — improper service & excess bill charged | |||
I am using vodafone postpaid service no. [protected] from last so many years. On 12th august 2017 i visited vodafone gallery at thane west naupada to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. On suggestion on their customer care person ms savita i agreed to keep postpaid with new plan of - rs. 399/- (299 + 99) with 5gb data per month. However after a week i received message saying they have charged me bill for data usage more than rs. 1000/- on checking i get to know that no data pack was applied on my number. On 23rd of august i visited same gallary again to resolve the issue and get to know from their customer care agent mr dipak that this was due there manual error. And the charges will be reverse after billing cycle. He registered my complaint with ref no.[protected]. But after billing cycle also neither my data plan was changed nor the excess amount was reversed. All time these gallary people keep all waited for more than couple of hours but do not resolve the issues. Please take the necessary actin on urgent basis Was this information helpful? | |||
