[Resolved]  Vodafone India — incoming deactivated

I have been vodafone user since years and out of blue, vodafone india deactivated my incoming calls, messages and data just because i wouldn't recharge my account with 199 rs plan.

Although i have sufficient balance and was active on the network i received messages regarding, recharge with 199 plan or get deactivated. They deactivated my7 incoming calls, messages and data. Please help.

As i am trying to send message for port but it fails to send message & if i send message to other numbers, then it will go properly.
