[Resolved] Vodafone India — Inconvenience of customer

I lost my mobile with vodafone prepaid connection(sim card) i went to S.R.Nagar Vodafone store 3 times in 3 days in full of rain. They didn't give proper service and not rectified the problem sim was not activated. Finally I asked them customer compliant/suggestions book on of their employee told not available here.
After that I wrote a compliant on white paper gave them and asked them acknowledgement they gave the Xerox of that without any signature or stamp. I said please put stamp or signature they simply said we don't give that kind of acknowledgement.
After that I called to customer care centre and explained all the story from that side also not came proper response.
Please kindly understand that situation and do needful
