[Resolved] Vodafone India — Incorrect bill amount | |||
Hi, This With reference to bill amount, my Mobile no. is [protected] I am complaining because, I have neither been not asked to increase or reduced the bill rental not I have requested for the same, however my bill rental has been increased from last two month. Due to this my bill for the for Sep month huge. This is disgusting and horrible for me, this shows you guys are not customer focused and you cheat your customer. On calling the customer care, they say that I have requested to increase the rental, however I have never requested the same. I will no longer support vodafone and will not advise it to anyone I have no intention of paying my outstanding Bill unless this issue is resolved completely. Please reimburse the money in current bill that is Sept 2014 .
