Incorrect bill being charged in the pretext o[censored]sage charges of about rs.1416, i also complained to vodafone customer care about the problem, but they mention that some messages international are going from my mobile which i am supposed to pay the bill for. I have not been sending any international messages and still being charged for them,. I am a vodafone postpaid customer for almost 6 years now. This is very disheartening in such unprecedented times, i have no higher authority to complain to about such a negligent behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 01, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records, we have raised request 4-[protected] for waiver and our team have checked and mentioned that ISD charges are correct.Hence, we express our inability to refund the amount.
