I have taken a vodafone post paid number ([protected]) with a monthly plan of 375. After 2 weeks, i updated them with my new address in order to complete the verification process. The verification didn't happen from their side and one fine day, they disconnected my service. I am in new place and i relied a lot on having a mobile connection to get things done. I was put in a difficult situation. I called my vodafone poc to help me with this, but nothing happened.
So i took an airtel number. No i had been spamming my mailbox with nonpayment of bill payments and threats of legal notice. And i used the service for less than 1 month and the bill says 778. I asked the break up of bill, but they refused to provide. Also, i asked them to confirm the closure of this account as the number was taken out of service from their side, so that once i settle this, i will not get further bills. Such confirmations are not being shared and i am now put to emotional harassment by sending legal notices. I had already been been through a lot of stress, because of vodafone, when they disconnected my mobile phone service, without notice. Was this information helpful? |
