Dear Team,
I had activated International Roaming service on my Vodafone Postpaid ([protected]) prior to my travel to USA, but on the latest Bill which I received I got a shock when Vodafone has applied following fraudulent charges for International Roaming.
Incoming Charges: All calls mentioned on their Itemized Bill were exactly of 1 minute duration and these are the calls which I did not pick up or even which I Rejected. When they activated the service they did not mention that they'll charge me for Missed Calls which is out of my control, since anyone can call me! Their Customer Care is not able to answer why all Calls are of exactly 1 min duration, which could be a system error.
Outgoing Charges: Again all Outgoing Calls are of exactly 1 min duration (Neither a second more nor less), and that too to the Vodafone Divert number ([protected]). I did not activate any Call Forwarding or Divert, then why am I being charged for calls made to this number.
Their Customer Care and Appellate Team has till date not understood these points above, and keep on repeating the same answer and provide me a breakup of my bill every time I mail them. If they are not capable enough to answer a Customer's question then they should not be in the job!
I've made my current bill payment for all charges except these fraudulent charges, and until I get the issue resolved, I'm not willing to pay these.
