Vodafone India — incorrect charges on my account due to offers given by vodafone | |
in april I noticed I was using more data than I had on my account
as a good customer I rang Vodafone to up the 4gb allocated to my account
I was told that there was an offer available to add extra 4gb onto my account free of charge giving me 8gb
that's grt I thought
however on checking my app the extra 4gb was not showing and I was getting close to my allowance
I rang again to be told that the extra 4gb was on my account and not to worry I wont get charged if I pass 4gb
ok I said
a few days later I went over my 4gb allowance and charges were piling up
I rang again
the lady said that5 she would check my account the day before my bill was due to be proceesed and would remove the over usage charges for me
I got a voicemail from her to verify she had removed said charges
alls well I thought
then I notice3d that only 4gb allowance was showing on my app
I rang again
they told me the system had now been changed and that 4gb is no longer available anyway even tho it was supposed to be on my account
they gave me 2gb extra and a 3 month unlimited trial
I checked my bank today and the charges had not been removed from my bill
so Vodafone has removed money from my account that was not due
andhas left me in poverty
all I get now from customer services is that im on the new system and they cant check beyond the 11/june
this is totally unacceptable and I need the conversation transcripts between myself and Vodafone for the period 01 april 2015 to 26/june 2015 as I need to send them to watchdog who are interested in this malpractice Was this information helpful? | |
