Let me tell you the reason for my efforts:
I recharged my prepaid account with R.149 (Talktime balance) and Rs.24 (Data Balance)yesterday. Today I find that the complete Rs.149 has been deducted and when I contact, I was told that the deduction happened due to certain NDTV and Download charges which I have activated. I have never activated with any such add ons. When I demanded a supervisor I was transferred to the IVR once, to the Team Lead of another department once, call disconnected twice and as I write I am still kept on hold for the past 32 minutes. Similar incident happened on 31st December 2014, for NDTV charges.
