I am Vodaphone customer since more than 15 years. when I have inquired today for nano sim . I was told that Sim is registered on another name ie. Jagruti.Myself is K V Jaganiya . Before 4 to 5 years back when KYC was asked it was submitted to your karelibag store Vadodara. further 5 to 6 years back when i have lost my mobile, my sim was also replaced by vodaphone Manjalpur vadodara. at that time also I have submitted KYC.Now your Alkapuri Store refused to provide Sim.I am sorry to say that a Costomer who is loyal to Vodaphone since last 15 yesrs and having balanace more than 7500- is not treated as loyal customer and refused to provide nano sim.I expect you may take the personal interest and solve my issue.Thanks.
