This is utterly disgusting, i am writing you about the false promises and poor incompetent service received from your vodafone store located at
Coles road, frazer town - no 321 ward no 91, cleveland town, pulikeshi nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560005.
I am a vodafone customer since 5years and being good customer never failed to miss payments and never had complaints about the services i received, though i had bad times.
The issue started from 7 feb 2017 i requested to transfer my number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid, i have been cheated by changing my plan from 299 to 499 plan and by not moving my number to prepaid, this was done without my consent and this a fraudulent activity. I visited the store and asked the store rep who failed to transfer my number to prepaid. The rep not even apologise, however than processed the request and said number will transfer to prepaid in 24 hours which was again a fail promise, i revisited store after 48hours and activated my number. Mean while my bill was generated for rs 257.52 based on new plan 499 in advance and i rushed again to store the store rep by name "mohammed azharuddin" agreed to waive of the charges based on new plan and calculate the bill according to my old plan. After calculation i was asked to pay rs 130 and rs 100 will be waived off.
After couple of days again i receive email asking for due of 140 or 150 approximately. I went to store again and spoke to "mohan" who is complete dumb who don't even bother to listen the customer just talk like robot and repeat same thing again and again. I asked him to call azharuddin and as he promised previously, so azharuddin came and he agreed and confirmed that the charges will be waived completely and i need to pay around rs 70 again for previous usage. So i paid. However i paid back all the charges rs 70 plus rs 130 total rs 200.
Hence again failed promise, due to which now i am receiving emails asking for outstanding of 198, i lost trust with store reps and called the help centre they refuse to help as there is no account details and visited store again met "mohan" who clearly denies that there is no service number or notes stating my complains. Which is a clear proof of poor appalling service and fraudulent activity done by vodafone store representatives.
I have already replied to the first email reminder received from gunashekar. [protected]@vodafone.com for outstanding balance of 198, i never received any reply back to my email.
I request you to look into this matter and respond back with resolution and actions taken on poor service and fake promises made to me.
If this case is not dealt with priority and not resolved in next 30 days i would take legal actions with the help of consumer court and regulatory bodies.
