Vodafone India — Incorrectly calculated bill amount | |||||
I have been served a legal notice by Vodafone due to bill payment issues. My bills were incorrectly calculated. In every follow-ups made by Vodafone I requested for the correctly calculated bill amount. However, instead of doing so, incorrect bill amounts would be carried over to the next billing period. This lead to an aggregation of a huge bill amount (Rs 4000) which I refuse to pay because VAS services are being charged even though I have never requested for it. On the contrary I requested to suspend all VAS services for the rest of the time. Apparently, vodafone can suspend a number, but not VAS services. and now, Vodafone sends me a legal notice to pay my bill, instead of keeping their promises to send the correctly calculated bill amounts. Everyone knows what kind of hoax bills postpaid users are sent to by Vodafone. Kindly understand that filing a legal case is a serious matter. If Vodafone intends to drag its customers down and not keep its promises, I'll be glad to post this in social media as well.
