Vodafone India — Increased bill without activating services

I called the customer care to inquire about any new plans and activated one plan on18/8/15 rate plan of rs.499. and asked will the rs.49 cheme would be still activated and got yes as a reply for the same but the scheme go deactivated and i complained about it around 9-10 times but didn got any reply for a longtime and than after days they called back apologizing and assured me they will continue bith he schemes 49& 499 but that didn happened again with 49. they called me back again and they activated 399 scheme and i complainesd again about 49 and they assured me again for the same but they didnt sar it again and i got a bill of rs1849.19 and they are charging me for their mistakes. kindly look through this mater and reply as early as possible. my no.
