Vodafone India — inflated bill and negligence of executive named raju shukla | |||
i have been using vodafone connection for over 10yrs now and my average bill would come around 2400 rs per month. in the month of april i received a bill amounting to rs.13, 654. on 8th of april 2015 i called up the vodafone helpline to deactivate and activate certain plans. i spoke to an executive named raju shukla. i asked him to deactivate my 2 promo offers both worth around rs.80 from the immediate basis and deactivate my 1250 8gb 3g data plan from the next billing cycle and activate 650 3g unlimited plan. but instead of deactivating the promo offers he deactivated my 1250 8gb 3g data plan and didn't activate my new 3g plan. i didn't even receive any ams confirmation from there side. i have been mailing and calling vodafone people for the past 2-3 weeks but nothing has been resolved by now. today 8th may 2015 i get a call after me calling again and again from the corporate care a woman named snehal spoke to me. she heard about my entire problem just like all the others did and told me she would get back to me after going through everything. she then calls me just after 10 mins to tell me that it is not there mistake and i have to pay the bill. wen nothing was done in the past 2 3 weeks she suddenly gets to the conclusion in ten mins. and wen i asked her that i wanted to hear all the recored calls she denied to help further. this is cheating and fraud. i would like to lodge a complaint and would request people to not to get cheated by such people. i would even like a compensation for all the mental harassment they have done. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
