[Resolved] Vodafone India — inflated bill generated | |||
I have been charged ₹1834 for calls i never ever made to 51717, the bill shows several calls with duration of 132 minutes. My phone number is [protected]. I was shocked to receive that bill. I called vodafone customer care to raise the matter but they refused to take my complaint and probe the matter. This is really disturbing as my handset is never used by anyone else. Please look into it. When i googled many people have lodged similar complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||

I live in Supertech Ecociti, Sector-137 Noida. From last one month there has been no signal in that area. My Vodafone sim has become totally dysfunctional. We cannot make or receive any calls now. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
