Vodafone India — insufficient information about the plan

My phone number is [protected]. I have been using this number in india under vodafone for more than 20 months. It was a postpaid sim.
Now i have moved to germany for two years. When i went to vodafone store in basaveshwarnagar, bangalore, karnataka, india. I enquired them whether there is any plan where we can get vodafone network in germany. They told that blaze 550 plan will work. It's one time investment of 550 rupees. For 24 months, the sim will be active and we will get network in germany and i will receive the calls and texts whichever comes to the number. They told that charges will be applicable as per roaming rates. I needed this plan only for the purpose of otp as it was linked to all my bank accounts. So that i get the network here and receive text messages. Which they told as free i. E no charges for incoming text messages when we are abroad.
Now after coming here, i am not getting vodafone network itself. When i told my family to call customer care and ask them, they are telling that international roaming should be activated before activating blaze 550. International roaming costs 149 per month.
They should have informed me in prior about the international roaming. What i thought was blaze 550 pack will do the job.
Now i am stuck up with no network.
Please register a complaint against them.
Do the needful for me.
Since i was not informed about international roaming pack, i want it to be done for free of cost as i have activated blaze pack n i am paying for it.
Please consider this as a priority and do the needful

I am facing the same problem. This arrangement worked for 5 years in past. Now, after I came back from visit to India, I am not getting the network on the number.
