I have been charged around inr 45, 000 for accidentally using less than 100mb of data on an international trip. I didn't request international activation, nor did they notify me when i exceeded my credit limit. This is an atrocious amount of money and the customer representative is also not helpful. Further, the tariffs are not disclosed properly and the bill has many discrepancies. Then finally i was forced to put an internet pack in the foreign country (Extra money) and i didn't find their partner signal in that country. Thus i wasn't able to use internet there as well, even with their pack. This seems to be a deliberate attempt to bleed money out of the customers, and i want some kind of waiver with respect to my bill amount. Was this information helpful? |
