I have a vodafone postpaid number and i am using it for past 10 years. Currently i moved to us and activated a international roaming plan. I am using this plan for past 1 year and all of a sudden i am getting charged for all missed calls which are from various marketing companies and banks. Missed calls are charged for 2 mins and when i asked vodafone customer care they are asking to switch off my mobile to avoid missed calls or answer the call.
Am i paying monthly bill to switch off my mobile?
Is there a plan which bills customer for missed call or unattended calls?
If vodafone is not capable of providing option to block incoming calls how can they bill for unanswered calls?
I want my billed amount to be refunded and there should be any charges for unanswered calls or missed calls when an valid international roaming plan is active. Was this information helpful? |
