On Wednesday, 21st Jan, called customer care (111) and asked to activate international roaming. Talked to Mr. Sujit Dilip Bharambe and he promised he will place a request which will get activated in 2 days. I've travelled out of Iindia in the weekend, and found that internation roaming is not activated.
E-mailed to 'corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com' about this incident. Initially asked me to provide a security deposit of 5000. After I re-narrated the incident, I was told “as per age on network we unable to activation International roaming on your number". I don't even understand what they mean. However, this is extremely unprofessional. Vodafone is not understaning the pain it is causing to its customers by making promises that they can't keep. If not solved within a day or two, I'll go to highest of levels to raise this issue.
Please take this commitment seriously and activate the international roaming on my number as soon as possible.[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
